|Tom Croxon was educated at the Royal College of Music and the Juilliard School in New York and specialises in artist management and music production. Recent credits as producer include ‘That’s Entertainment’ with the John Wilson Orchestra at Royce Hall in Los Angeles in 2013 , ‘Kiss Me Kate’ for the BBC Proms and BBC Television in 2014, ‘Cole Porter in Hollywood’ for SkyArts in 2014 and Warner Classics recording ‘Cole Porter in Hollywood’ with the John Wilson Orchestra released in October 2014. Tom Croxon was Executive Producer for EMI’s recording ‘Rodgers & Hammerstein at the Movies’ which was nominated for ‘Recording of the Year’ at the 2013 Classical Brits and worked as Executive Producer for EMI’s recording ‘That’s Entertainment’ in 2010.
Concert and television productions include collaborations with the BBC Proms and BBC Television ‘A Celebration the 75th anniversary of the MGM Film Musicals’, ‘A celebration of Rodgers & Hammerstein Film Musical’s’, ‘The Broadway Sound’ , a complete production of ‘My Fair Lady’ , Hollywood Rhapsody and ‘Swingin’ Christmas’ for BBC TV starring Seth MacFalane, Curtis Stigers and Anna Jane Casey.
Tom Croxon has managed and produced national and international tours with the John Wilson Orchestra, managed national and international tours with American jazz singer Curtis Stigers, produced 2 concerts in aid of the Institute of Cancer Research with The Philharmonia Orchestra under Vladimir Ashkenazy and Christian Thielemann, concert productions with BBC Radios 2 and 3, coordinated the Grammy nominated sound track to the motion picture ‘Beyond the Sea’ starring Kevin Spacey, has enjoyed a long term collaboration with Dame Cleo Laine and managed the late Sir John Dankworth, produced Cybill Shepherd’s one woman Show ‘ Cybill Disobedience’ at the Soho Theatre, toured The Youth Orchestra of the Americas in the UK and has produced concerts for HRH Prince of Wales American Foundation.
